Who we are

What the service does

Encore makes TikTok photo slideshows for mobile apps. You give us a public App Store or Google Play link; we study popular public slideshows in your app's niche and generate a new slideshow (text and images) in a similar format.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

Your content and what we make

You keep the rights to screenshots and other material you upload, and you give us permission to process them to make your slideshows. Subject to these terms and payment, you may use the slideshows we generate for you, including commercially.

Generated slideshows reproduce a format — structure, pacing, text style — not another creator's words or images. You're responsible for reviewing each slideshow before you post it and for following TikTok's rules, including its rules on branded content disclosure.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for apps or content that are illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or that target minors. Don't try to get around usage limits, resell access, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Each slideshow uses one credit. Each billing period gives you your plan's credits; unused credits don't carry over to the next period and expire when your plan ends. If a slideshow fails, its credit is returned automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Orders are processed by Creem, our online reseller and merchant of record, who also handles sales tax and VAT and appears on your statement.

Refunds

If you're not happy with a payment, email support@tryencore.dev within 14 days of it. We refund it in full if you haven't made any slideshows with that billing period's credits. Once slideshows have been made, the payment isn't refundable, because each one costs us to generate; if the service didn't work for you, write to us anyway and we'll make it right. Slideshows that fail to generate already return their credit automatically. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem.

No guarantees

We can't promise any number of views, followers or downloads. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
